Stepchild Snowboards founder Sean Johnson has been in the life of shred longer than most and knows what it takes to design and produce kick ass snowboards. Only a few seasons in the mix, Stepchild has picked up a a strong team that includes Simon Chamberlain, JP Walker, Markku Koski, Stian Solberg, Fredu Sirvio, Joe Sexton, Scott Vine, Risto Ruokola, Eman Anderson and Brain Mclatchey. The Stepchild team's talents can be seen in moving picture format with last years video "Child Support" and this years FREE team movie "Downloaded". Hanger 94 has all the 2009 stepchild boards in stock today including JP Walkers new pro model. Some Stepchild snowboards, like JP Walker's 147 & 151 pro models, may also come with R.E.T.T., Round Edge Tapered Tuning. The board's edges are detuned between the bindings and taper to a sharper edge towards the end of the contact length. R.E.T.T. helps you get your jib on without the hang ups.
